Payment

 

​All of my services are private pay and payable at the time of service. You may pay via zelle, an online banking platform available at all major banks that uses your email address or phone number to transfer money securely between bank accounts, or Ivy Pay, a secure confidential payment service that accepts credit and debit cards using your mobile phone number. Let me know which you prefer when we schedule your appt. At your request, I am happy to provide a detailed receipt for tax purposes, or a superbill, which you may submit to your insurance company if you wish to seek reimbursement. Please check with your insurance plan before we meet to confirm your out-of-network benefits. You will be responsible for all correspondence and claim submission to your insurance company, as well as any services for which your insurance company ultimately denies coverage.

Please be advised, I DO NOT participate in Medicare, and Medicare does NOT reimburse for out of network services, nor do Medicare Supplement plans. If you are a traditional Medicare or Medicare Advantage subscriber, your sessions with me will be strictly private pay and we will need to sign a Private Pay Medicare Opt Out Contract indicating neither of us will be submitting to Medicare for reimbursement.

No Surprises Act/Good Faith Estimate

In keeping with the No Surprises Act, I am happy to provide you with a Good Faith Estimate of anticipated annual charges for our sessions. This would vary depending on how frequently we meet and the length of sessions, but a common scenario estimate for a client who meets weekly for 48 one hour (55 minute) sessions a year can expect to spend $8400 annually.  This amount may increase as session fees increase with inflation and cost of living increases.

48-Hour Cancellation Policy

​

Please be aware I have a 48 hour cancellation policy. Any session that is cancelled with less than 48 hours notice will be charged the full scheduled session fee. When giving cancellation notice, or requesting a session be rescheduled, please text to 215-356-9321, so I can confirm and respond. Email is not the best mode of communication for time-sensitive schedule changes, so please always confirm with a text. 

Frequent rescheduling--more than 3 rescheduled appointments within 6 months, would need to be discussed in session, as consistency and prioritizing our time together is essential for a positive outcome and perhaps an adjustment of some kind may be helpful to keep your goals on track.
